Vacancy: Academic Director at King’s Academy Language Centre
Type of employment: Full-time

Responsibilities:
— Organize student testing, assessment, and placement
— Conduct teacher inductions and training workshops
— Assess staff performance and provide feedback
— Conduct staff meetings and maintain records
— Develop curriculum for new courses
Requirements:
— Master’s Degree
— 5+ years of ESL teaching experience
— Management experience with team responsibility
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Commitment to professional development
— Desirable: CELTA, TESOL, or other recognized certificates
